I’m writing a Jamberry Nails Review because sometimes it’s nice to get some honest opinions from people who don’t sell the product. So I would like to share my opinion, the mistakes I made (I always make mistakes at the beginning, that’s how I learn) and what I think of the products.
If you haven’t heard of Jamberry Nails, it is a company that sells mostly wraps for your nails, but have many different products as well. I have a few things that I bought, and have only tried the wraps today. So I will tell you about them.
Although I had my nails done recently, the nail polish was chipping, so I told myself ok, why not try these Jamberry Nails. I picked the Shake Your TailFeather wrap.
They are actually super cute.
So I sat down, and I got myself ready, because when I decide to buy something, let’s just say I buy everything that goes with it. Mini heater, application set, blah blah blah… I’m horrible for that. So I got ready for it, because as you will see, these wraps have a few steps, and come looking like this;
It is important to watch the application videos, and it’s also important to remember these pointers:
- Have a mini heater (which you can buy on their site) or a hairdryer or anything that can release heat to loosen the stiffness of the wraps
- Do NOT touch the sticky party with your fingers the natural oils of your fingers will stop it from sticking properly
- Wipe your nails with alcohol (use cotton, wipe, q-tip, whatever you have) —– That was my big mistake, because it will not stick properly (again, th oils)
- Put a lot of pressure to make sure your products stick, they have a tool that helps to even it out.
- If it’s not perfect the first time, don’t get discouraged, we get better with practice.
I now know my mistakes, and I know what to do next time.
If you would like to see the application video, here’s one recommended by a Jamberry Consultant.
So in all, although I made a couple of mistakes, it is actually quite easy to apply. You just need to give yourself the time, sit down, and do it properly. They say it will last weeks, although I know this one won’t because I forgot to use the alcohol wipes. One pack will give you two applications unless you have very long nails (I cut them in two for the length of my nails)
Do I recommend these products? Definitely! They are free of harsh chemicals. Even removing them, they say will not harm your nails. To use an oil, lift a corner and just rub them off.
If you are looking for quality nail products that don’t have any dangerous chemicals, you will want to invest in Jamberry Nails. If you do not have a consultant in your area and are interested in seeing more of the products, you can click here. If you have a friend or someone you know, then by all means, support them!! You are giving them a chance to succeed in their business. You can always chat with a consultant if you aren’t sure, and sometimes they even send some samples so you can see for yourself how you like them.
So that is my Jamberry Nails Review on the Wraps. I am excited to try the other products but my nails are so frail and thin, they break too easily.
